The FMCSA Drug test must be within 30 days of the class start date. Please do NOT obtain the drug test until the approved date below. If the drug test is taken before the approved date, you will have to take and pay for a new drug test at the approved provider. FMCSA drug test can only be taken at Lake City Chiropractic.
